User Name	A user name is needed when creating a Direct Marketing Program account and is required to log in. The user name must be 8-15 characters in length. Do not include any special characters (i.e., ! * % $ #).

Password	A password is needed when creating a Direct Marketing Program account and is required to log in. The password must be 8-12 characters in length and contain: an uppercase letter a lowercase letter a number and one of the following: ! # $ % ^ & ; * ( ) -
